• Related infrastructure services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

4. Account Registration and Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• all activities conducted under your account
• ensuring your contact information is accurate and up to date

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

DebsHost is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to:

• illegal activities
• fraud or phishing
• distribution of malware or malicious code
• sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• hosting illegal or infringing content
• denial-of-service attacks
• unauthorised network intrusion

DebsHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services that violate this policy without notice.

6. Payments and Billing

All Services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

You agree to:

• pay all fees associated with your Services
• maintain valid payment information
• ensure sufficient funds for recurring payments

Failure to pay may result in:

• suspension of Services
• termination of Services
• data deletion after termination

All payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated.

7. Service Suspension and Termination

DebsHost may suspend or terminate Services immediately if:

• these Terms are violated
• illegal activity is detected
• non-payment occurs
• security or operational risks are identified

You may terminate your Services at any time through your billing portal.

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

8. Data and Backups

While DebsHost may provide backup services, we do not guarantee data availability, integrity, or recoverability.

DebsHost is not liable for data loss.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable infrastructure and high availability.

However, Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

10. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to registry and registrar policies.

DebsHost acts as a reseller and cannot guarantee domain availability or retention once expired.

You are responsible for domain renewals and management.

11. Intellectual Property

DebsHost retains all intellectual property rights related to its platform, infrastructure, software, and branding.

You retain ownership of your content hosted on our infrastructure.

You grant DebsHost permission to host and process your data solely to provide the Services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DebsHost shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of revenue, data, or profits
• service interruptions
• third-party actions
• customer misuse of Services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected Service during the preceding 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DebsHost from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
